Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors from the signing of the contract to post-event reporting.

• Assist sponsors in understanding and optimizing their event investment.

• Support the effective execution of campaigns and activations.

• Encourage sponsor attendance and engagement.

• Provide high-quality introductions and meetings for key partners with a white glove service.

• Aid sponsors in navigating event platforms and technologies.

• Assist sponsors in achieving quantifiable business results.

• Convert sponsor expectations into operational and system requirements.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Production, Event Delivery, and Systems to ensure a seamless experience for sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in client/customer success within events, account management, event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or project management.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Awareness of commercial aspects and empathy towards customers.

• Confidence in engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing various projects.

• Proficiency in AI and integrating AI into daily tasks.

• Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Experience with event technology platforms, hosted meeting programs, executive briefings, or high-touch client service environments.
