Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing relationships with clients within the portfolio.

• Strengthen and foster existing relationships to enhance client retention.

• Guide internal teams in providing support to clients and customers.

• Create reports and insights tailored for clients.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address customer concerns.

• Engage in client strategy sessions and revenue objectives.

• Propel and endorse strategic initiatives for clients to ensure account retention and growth.

• Optimize and uphold the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A master's degree in business, health administration, or a clinical specialty is advantageous.

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing position.

• Familiarity with cloud SaaS solutions or web applications is essential.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A diverse range of experiences in multiple healthcare settings or various healthcare experiences within a single environment is preferred.

• Outstanding time management, organizational, and planning skills.

• Proven success in customer relationship management.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
