Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the implementation of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with and surpass client objectives.

• Define and propel the marketing strategy for each client.

• Communicate effectively with clients weekly via phone, email, or Zoom, addressing their requests and managing projects through the internal project management system.

• Analyze and interpret data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4, etc., and generate actionable insights and proactive recommendations in the form of comprehensive campaign performance reports.

• Cultivate relationships with strategic partners for RYNO’s clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention while acting as a trusted advisor.

• Enhance client relationships by expanding services provided and increasing revenues generated within your accounts.

• Generate client referrals that lead to new RYNO clients.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, strategists, and other team members to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, continually learning and integrating innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

• Mentor Client Success Coordinators.

• Establish strong connections with both clients and the RYNO team.

• Perform additional job responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience in a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, with a solid background in client-facing roles.

• Experience in driving revenue growth through acquiring new client business and upselling solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing escalations and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Practical experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies, including strong analytical skills and proficiency with platforms like Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Demonstrated experience in an agency environment, effectively managing multiple client accounts and adapting to a fast-paced workflow.

• Strong work ethic with a dedication to achieving results and assisting businesses in their growth.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive conflict resolution skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4).
