This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the primary representative of Renalogic for designated clients.
• Oversee the complete client journey from start to finish.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of new clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients to ensure all clinical teams have the necessary client information.
• Guarantee that client information is accurately entered and updated in relevant systems.
• Provide regular program reports and communicate value and impact to clients and stakeholders.
• Foster engagement through client stewardship meetings, on-site events, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Monitor client KPIs and distribute quarterly reports to key contacts at the client’s organization.
• Cultivate relationships with key client contacts and other stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of pertinent professional experience in contract and client management within the health insurance sector.
• Experience in the self-funded health insurance arena, with a strong preference for familiarity with brokerages, TPA, and stop-loss.
• Proficiency with Zoho or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded.
• Willingness and ability to travel multiple times a year, including overnight stays for corporate events, conferences, and health fairs.
• Strong technological proficiency, demonstrating effective and efficient use of computers, peripheral devices, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products.
• Independent self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and adept at navigating change.
