• Overseeing the overall strategic management of the client experience.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Cultivating and maintaining robust connections with clients’ advisors.
• Leading the regular reporting and analysis of client performance.
• Guiding clients to enhance their partnership with Quantum Health, including driving member engagement and integrating with other vendor partners.
• Managing financial relationships with clients, including negotiating contract renewals.
• Promoting the Quantum story and its value to both clients and members to ensure client satisfaction, retention of membership, and revenue growth.
• Serving as the primary client liaison within the operations of Quantum Health.
• Collaborating with the dedicated implementation team as necessary to effectively onboard new clients.
• Addressing escalated operational issues.
• Overseeing operational deliverables tailored to client requirements to ensure success for both the client and Quantum.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or related equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5+ years of relevant industry experience in consulting, sales, or a similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person engagements.
• Proficient in PC applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Proven experience in creating and managing: Account Plans, Health Score Updates, General Account Status, and overall management in CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as required, based on client demands.
• Strong administrative and technical abilities.
• High levels of personal accountability and trustworthiness.
