• Manage existing client relationships while expanding the customer base.

• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and update client information.

• Suggest recommendations for process enhancements.

• Develop and uphold a governance framework for client accounts.

• Supervise staffing, production, and initiatives for process improvement.

• Conduct business reviews and present findings to clients.

• Assess client performance and implement strategies for enhancement.

• Collaborate with the Client Success Executive to drive account growth.
