This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as an advocate with the primary focus on ensuring satisfaction and retention for a designated enterprise client portfolio.
• Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to realize the vision, objectives, and development of client strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customer decision-makers, C-suite executives, key physician champions, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of small to mid-market clients, acting as the main point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Work alongside internal teams, administrators, and client stakeholders to define vision, set objectives, and align annual targets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives that yield strategic, business-aligned results.
• Create and oversee governance, risk management, communication, and operational routines to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and client satisfaction is attained.
• Identify and relay growth opportunities within existing accounts to aid in client expansion and retention efforts.
• Conduct regular monthly meetings and dashboard reviews to monitor progress, enhance value delivery, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee all facets of the client experience, including project status, solution adoption, SLA compliance, and progress toward business goals.
• Maintain a detailed client “notebook” for comprehensive tracking.
• Continuously evaluate client health across financial, risk, dependency, and scheduling dimensions, implementing necessary mitigation strategies.
• Represent the voice of the customer, offering feedback to product teams and contributing to the ideation and development of new services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or healthcare administration/management.
• 3 years of experience in account management, sales, services, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) vendors.
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in ambulatory or health systems.
• 3 years of experience with NextGen.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing overall client satisfaction, retention, and business growth for clients.
• Strong understanding of the NextGen portfolio of solutions or a comparable vendor, or as a former client.
