Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish clients for success within the Love Accelerator program.

• Oversee the activities of over 250 clients to pinpoint opportunities for additional support.

• Engage directly with clients through phone and Zoom to assess their key needs and create actionable next steps.

• Qualify clients for our premium program, Lux, and help them ascend within our offerings.

• Enhance overall client satisfaction by ensuring a seamless transition into the program.

• Address payment plan failures for current clients effectively.

• Handle renewals and obtain referrals and testimonials.

• Maintain a 40-hour workweek that includes:

• Managing 6 hours of availability through Calendly.

• Participating in community introduction responses.

• Conducting welcome calls to assist clients in getting started.

• Acting as the primary customer support contact via text, email, voicemails, helpdesk, and community forum messages.

• Reviewing feedback surveys and performing follow-ups.

• Scheduling appointments for Lux consultations.

• Monitoring and supporting the progress of Lux clients.

• Reducing refund requests through proactive communication via phone or Zoom.

• Engaging in regular team meetings with the lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM PT.

• Willingness to work on Sundays, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

• Ideally situated in the MT or PT time zones to accommodate this adjusted work schedule.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Competence in utilizing digital tools for scheduling, communication, and customer management.

• A proactive approach, consistently seeking opportunities rather than waiting for them to arise.
