Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, New York, +1 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Client Success representatives, offering daily support and direction.

• Foster team member growth through coaching, constructive feedback, and performance management.

• Oversee a small portfolio of client accounts to maintain a hands-on approach and stay attuned to client needs.

• Address client issues as they occur, ensuring prompt resolutions and effective communication.

• Guide the team to take responsibility for client outcomes.

• Work in partnership with leadership to enhance internal processes and optimize team workflows.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or team leadership.

• Demonstrated capability to lead a team while managing your own client relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal and training abilities.

• Experience in workload management, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.

• Organized, proactive, and focused on solutions.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and client-facing communication tools.

• Experience in multifamily or agency environments is preferred.
