⢠Lead a team of Client Success representatives, offering daily support and direction.
⢠Foster team member growth through coaching, constructive feedback, and performance management.
⢠Oversee a small portfolio of client accounts to maintain a hands-on approach and stay attuned to client needs.
⢠Address client issues as they occur, ensuring prompt resolutions and effective communication.
⢠Guide the team to take responsibility for client outcomes.
⢠Work in partnership with leadership to enhance internal processes and optimize team workflows.
⢠Perform additional duties as assigned.
⢠Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
⢠Over 3 years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or team leadership.
⢠Demonstrated capability to lead a team while managing your own client relationships.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and training abilities.
⢠Experience in workload management, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
⢠Organized, proactive, and focused on solutions.
⢠Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and client-facing communication tools.
⢠Experience in multifamily or agency environments is preferred.
