Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, providing varying levels of service according to package specifications.

• Act as the main point of contact for site-related issues, modifications to campaigns, and reporting activities.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Function as a bridge between clients and the company.

• Communicate clients’ objectives to internal teams and convey campaign performance back to clients.

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, setting clear expectations and establishing pathways for long-term success.

• Analyze performance metrics from platforms such as Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Bing, and others.

• Translate performance data into understandable insights for clients.

• Monitor outcomes and share constructive feedback with clients.

• Educate clients on enhancing their online reputation and improving phone call conversion rates.

• Provide informative resources to support dental practices in achieving success.

• Respond promptly to client emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Account Management is required.

• Experience in the dental field is required.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Data-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.

• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Enjoy engaging in professional conversations with both clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or other online marketing solutions is a plus.
