• Serve as the primary contact for all client account management issues.
• Propose innovative solutions and ideas to address client requirements.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Take charge and coordinate efforts during customer escalation scenarios, ensuring prompt responses and swift resolutions.
• Develop a strategic business plan for the client post-launch to promote long-term account retention and growth.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to advocate for client needs, enhance adoption, and deliver top-notch support.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor essential account metrics (e.g., enrollment and adoption).
• Analyze data through reports and trends.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize renewal agreements.
• Reduce churn by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Upsell and cross-sell new products and services.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or in Sales.
• Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence C-Level client stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with account management reporting systems, CRM software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce), Google Suite, MS Office (especially MS Excel), and AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics or KPIs.
• Experience in delivering client-centered solutions to meet client needs.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Occasionally available to work outside of standard business hours to support clients.
