• Ensure clients fully comprehend our platform and technical capabilities, empowering their success while understanding their distinct business requirements and aligning them with Breezeway's future product development.
• Facilitate the swift adoption of new users through both functional and conceptual training, and provide ongoing education on new features.
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients to enhance value and build their confidence in the product.
• Encourage further adoption and pinpoint opportunities for upselling.
• Proactively identify potential churn risks and devise action plans to mitigate them.
• Formulate strategies for client engagement, adoption, and success planning by analyzing data and client feedback, while also identifying additional upsell and cross-sell opportunities to create more value.
• Act as the client’s voice within the organization, offering insights that facilitate continuous development and improvement of our business practices.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to address client needs, ensuring prompt escalation of client issues.
• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management.
• Background in promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role.
• Strong skills in project management and prioritization techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and web-based tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing demands.
• Experience in startups is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the property management sector is a plus.
