This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic client accounts and initiatives.
• Facilitate client meetings, program evaluations, onboarding sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Strengthen ADRM’s reputation as a reliable long-term partner.
• Foster account growth opportunities through effective relationship management.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across various client deployments.
• Collaborate with development and internal stakeholders to formulate suitable solutions and responses based on client feedback.
• Establish strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure long-term client success by providing a seamless and high-quality client experience.
• Lead client onboarding sessions, training, and platform demonstrations.
• Aid clients in comprehending and utilizing DEFENDER™ effectively for their operational requirements.
• Help sustain momentum and guarantee that projects and operational initiatives are progressing efficiently.
• Identify gaps and proactively assist in resolving them.
• Keep clear documentation, status updates, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and resolution of issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing program management, implementation, onboarding, or service delivery, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts or stakeholders simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
• Strong capability to oversee programs from start to finish, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise and/or global clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Tech-savvy and adept at navigating and demonstrating various SaaS platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site client meetings as required.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while maintaining close connections with internal teams.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
