This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts across multiple industries, cultivating long-term, strategic partnerships with our merchant collaborators.
• You will take charge of managing contract renewals, revising pricing structures, and facilitating expansions.
• You will implement a proactive client management approach designed to enhance incremental gross merchandise value (“GMV”) and revenue, while broadening Affirm’s relationship scope.
• You will assess merchant performance and suggest initiatives to boost product adoption, advocate for marketing best practices, and optimize financing programs.
• You will ensure the health of merchant relationships to guarantee that both Affirm and the merchant extract maximum value from the partnership.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams from our Analytics, Credit, Technical, Marketing, and Product departments to enhance the Affirm offerings for our merchants.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B client-facing experience, ideally in a high-tech setting.
• Proven experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Exceptional customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on managing strategic accounts.
• Experience in handling cross-functional projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written (e.g., proposals, memos, emails) and verbal communication (e.g., presentations) skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate merchant performance and report on the effects of specific programs to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and BI tools.
