
Client Success Executive – Prescription Benefit Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a key senior liaison between TrueScripts and our clients.
• Foster business development by ensuring the renewal and retention of clients.
• Lead the strategic account team, which includes client success, clinical, and data analytics, taking full responsibility for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Act as the primary contact via phone and email for clients to address any questions or issues on an ongoing basis.
• Supervise the implementation of the communication plan.
• Build strong internal and client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including account management, clinical, member care, business analysis, data analytics, and business development.
• Collaborate directly with your POD on reporting and analyzing claims data to identify drug trends, assess financial performance, and uncover client cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage client renewals by cultivating enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in coordinating all facets of client review meetings, including scheduling, reporting, materials preparation, accommodations, and more.
• Be skilled in CRM systems and all aspects of proprietary software utilized for claims adjudication.
• Facilitate client meetings, lunch & learn sessions, and other related events.
• Collaborate directly with your POD to modify plan parameters as per client or broker directives.
• Oversee the onboarding process involving the client, broker, TPA, and data vendor for new clients.
• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of cumulative Account Management/Client Success experience in a PBM environment or equivalent client-facing health/benefits experience is required.
• Experience managing employer groups or health plan accounts is preferred.
• A valid and current driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if required.
• Client-facing presentation experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively interface with TrueScripts clients and owners, providing solutions to challenges.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products is a must.
• Must be flexible and demonstrate teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and possess good organizational skills.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be adaptable to changing responsibilities as needed.
