• Lead presentations before and after sales, coordinating regular client meetings to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and services.
• Propel revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and executing strategic account planning for assigned clients.
• Manage and monitor sales opportunities utilizing the CRM system to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and follow-up.
• Oversee the preparation of client proposals, renewals, and implementations, ensuring timely and effective execution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Create and sustain Strategic Account Plans that delineate client goals, key initiatives, and growth prospects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guaranteeing timely communication, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of Vālenz products and services, effectively aligning solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, enhance service delivery, and optimize processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards during all client interactions.
• Partner with Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other departments to meet client needs and strengthen relationships.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing both internal and external relationships, with knowledge of healthcare plan administration.
• Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities in-person and online.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, thrive under pressure, and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
• A plus if you possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
• Experience in self-funded healthcare is advantageous.
