This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Act as the main point of accountability for client health across your portfolio.
• Detect at-risk accounts early and lead initiatives to safeguard and enhance the client relationship.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure that success plans, commercial priorities, and relationship milestones are well-coordinated.
• Foster proactive, outcome-driven engagement with assigned accounts.
• Engage in and contribute to client business reviews, presenting health and adoption metrics along with recommendations.
• Function as a subject matter expert in Intapp DealCloud.
• Advise clients post-deployment to ensure they leverage all available DealCloud features.
• Establish a prominent presence as a trusted advisor in the market through user group leadership and active involvement in Intapp's client community.
• Represent the voice of the customer regarding new features and development priorities.
• Over 12 years of experience in client success, solution advisory, or consulting roles serving professional services firms, preferably in the legal industry.
• Proven expertise with Intapp DealCloud or similar marketing, business development, relationship, and/or experience management technologies within a professional services context.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee the client success of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and communication skills: adept at listening attentively, influencing at all organizational levels, and navigating complex dynamics.
• Experience in change management or developing adoption strategies for enterprise technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to distill inputs from various sources into clear recommendations for clients.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a focus on results and strong time management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
