📋 Description

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients by overseeing daily communications, promptly addressing requests, and proactively reaching out to assess performance, share insights, and align on objectives.

• Establish, monitor, and enhance client programs within Salesforce, ensuring precision and troubleshooting issues as they emerge.

• Evaluate campaign performance and client feedback to provide clear, actionable recommendations that drive improved results.

• Guide client onboarding and present Campaign Reviews, translating outcomes into business-level insights that facilitate strategic discussions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions that boost both efficiency and client success.

• Assume responsibility for account health by anticipating client needs, addressing potential risks proactively, and ensuring programs meet established expectations.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client goals are understood, priorities are synchronized, and deliverables uphold the highest standards.

• Excellent communication skills that inspire confidence through responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism across email, Slack, and Zoom.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, capable of managing data, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy.

• Highly organized and adept at balancing multiple accounts while providing each client with personalized attention and care.

• Eager to learn the intricacies of B2B Demand Generation campaigns to enhance customer service.

• Driven to analyze campaign performance data, uncover insights, and link them to client objectives.

• Comfortable using Salesforce (or similar CRMs), with a keen focus on maintaining system accuracy and currency.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, ensuring leads and campaign components align with client expectations.

• A proactive problem-solver who not only identifies issues but also takes the initiative to resolve them and propose enhancements.

• An agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts strategies to advance business objectives.
