Client Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational assistance to clients and Client Success Managers

• Assessing placement opportunities and managing job postings

• Conducting profile evaluations and providing onboarding support

• Generating and sharing activity and performance reports

• Implementing follow-up strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Building and nurturing relationships with hiring managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a client-facing role

• Capability to work efficiently and precisely both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet usage
