This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.

• Utilize TCP’s tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for day-to-day operations.

• Escalate and assign concerns to appropriate departments as necessary.

• Document, review, and follow up on customer requests and their resolutions.

• Investigate, research, and deliver accurate solutions to customer issues.

• Maintain and update customer records during interactions.

• Meet key performance indicators related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy rates.

• Address inquiries regarding collections and billing, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.

• Clarify charges, produce statements, and make billing adjustments.

• Manage service cancellations while implementing retention strategies and resolutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Start Date: July 27, 2026

• Technological Requirements: A dedicated home workspace is required; equipment details will be provided via email during the interview process.

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, with a 9-hour shift that includes a 1-hour unpaid break (09 AM to 09 PM Eastern Time) from Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.

• Knowledge of the credit industry in the United States, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.

• Customer-first orientation with the ability to empathize with their needs.

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

• Desire to learn and become proficient with TCP’s technological suite.
