Client Success Advocate – SaaS Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and challenges.

• Utilize strategic thinking to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to formulate proposals/solutions that fulfill client needs and generate new revenue for the Company.

• Engage in negotiations regarding pricing, renewals, and contracts.

• Ensure the punctual delivery of products and services.

• Track client satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or concerns that arise.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services provided by the company.

• Collaborate with the Client Success team to establish a process that enhances client engagement and satisfaction rates.

• Design and execute Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Contribute innovative ideas for creative sales and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of combined experience in sales and account management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferred experience in the laundry industry and/or cloud-based software sales.

• Competence in standard business and sales software, including Office products and Hubspot.

• Must be an outstanding team player with all staff members.

• Strong intrinsic motivation to ensure a steady revenue stream for the company.

• Compliance with company Information Security Policies.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for company-related events, including industry conferences and trade shows.
