This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding significant client relationships.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for major clients.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans that align with the brand's objectives.
• Lead quarterly and annual business review meetings.
• Supervise the creation and execution of brand marketing strategies.
• Manage and coordinate the approval process for creative projects.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure optimal brand visibility across all retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Track and evaluate sales performance data.
• Maintain thorough documentation of brand activities, approvals, and budgets.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• 5+ years of experience in gift cards, retail buying, or account management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while keeping a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Openness to travel 15% of the time; roughly 4-6 trips annually.
