This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• The Client Strategist is a professional with over 5 years of experience within the higher education sector.
• They possess experience in recruiting various student demographics (transfer, graduate, undergraduate, adult, etc.).
• The Strategist will leverage their enrollment expertise to strategically plan and implement a range of projects to assist our partner institutions in achieving and surpassing their enrollment targets.
• They will design strategic plans for diverse campaigns (search, digital media, etc.) and collaborate with internal teams to execute the action plan.
• The role involves mapping out all project elements and sharing them with internal teams through meetings and project requests.
• The Strategist will utilize industry knowledge to provide advice to senior-level staff regarding recommendations and innovative strategies to ensure enrollment objectives are met and exceeded.
• They will understand and fulfill each client’s branding needs, accurately and memorably representing their messaging.
• The role requires analyzing institutional enrollment datasets to pinpoint trends, discover opportunities, and identify challenges.
• Regular assessment and communication of campaign optimizations and recommendations will be shared both internally and externally.
• The Client Strategist will act as a liaison between the company and clients, aligning customer needs with the efforts of our sales, technology, graphic design, writing, and financial teams.
• They will collaborate with the account management team to ensure realistic project timelines are established and that all projects are completed on schedule and without errors.
• The role includes the regular creation and publication of original blog posts and/or articles.
• Additional duties will be assigned as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is necessary.
• Experience across all aspects of recruitment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word and PowerPoint) is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities, are necessary.
• The ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members, employees, and management is crucial.
• Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented.
• A proven track record of upholding high standards of confidentiality and autonomy is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently are required.
• Demonstrated self-motivation to take initiative and quickly learn new tasks is essential.
