This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of pre-sales, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, marketing, and collaborate with functional leaders to ensure the right skills and resources are aligned for success.
• Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell sales initiatives.
• Responsible for the overall account strategy and management, including the development and execution of a business-outcome focused strategic account plan.
• Maintain a high-touch, trusted advisor relationship with customers to establish trust.
• Oversee and implement business case and value selling strategies that align with customer needs.
• Manage tactical business operations while investing in larger, long-term strategic opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations with mutual best interests in mind, focusing on contract management and pricing strategies.
• Develop and achieve accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for each account.

• 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a history of meeting quotas.
• Prior sales experience in software or solution sales organizations.
• Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
• Enjoy working in a target and reward-driven environment.
• Understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other SaaS-aligned sales methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both English and German.
