This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Curriculum mapping: Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to align OMS content with the specific academic curricula of both prospective and current clients, ranging from pre-licensure nursing programs to advanced practice programs.
• Demonstrations: Lead or co-facilitate product demonstrations for academic audiences, including faculty, program directors, simulation coordinators, and academic leadership, contributing educational credibility that the commercial team cannot provide alone.
• Onboarding and implementation: Take ownership of the academic client onboarding process from the signed contract to live production, encompassing site configuration, integration coordination, go-live readiness, and initial adoption.
• Training delivery: Develop and conduct role-based training for faculty, simulation staff, and administrators, both remotely and in-person.
• Educational outcomes: Monitor and support client utilization, proactively collaborating with Account Managers to ensure clients achieve significant educational outcomes and are positioned for renewal and growth.
• Content and documentation: Produce onboarding guides, training materials, curriculum mapping frameworks, and knowledge-base articles that extend your expertise throughout the organization.
• Internal enablement: Serve as the clinical and educational voice to assist our commercial team (Educational Specialists and Account Managers) in confidently engaging with academic buyers, providing guidance on curriculum language, accreditation context, and simulation pedagogy.
• Required Nursing Qualification and relevant nursing experience.
• Proven experience as a clinical educator, simulation coordinator, or nursing faculty in an academic environment.
• Direct, hands-on understanding of the structure of nursing or healthcare curricula.
• Confident in presenting and facilitating discussions in front of faculty, program leadership, and clinical educators.
• Capable of translating a technology platform into educational language without needing to possess technical expertise.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote-first setting.
• Comfortable engaging with new technology and experimenting with it.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience in a client-facing, commercial, or account support role (CSM, training specialist, implementation, pre-sales support).
• Exposure to SSO, LMS integrations, or healthcare IT environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
