Client Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Thrive Account Management team during technical discussions and meetings with current Thrive clients.

• Serve as a technical and trusted advisor, assessing clients' business and technical requirements and suggesting solutions utilizing suitable Thrive products and services.

• Offer subject matter expertise in Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Desktop and Mobile Device Management, and IT Systems Management.

• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, client-facing technical presentations, Statements of Work, and technical responses for RFP/RFIs.

• Engage in client-oriented seminars, tradeshows, events, presentations, technology roadmap reviews, and training sessions.

• Remain updated on emerging technologies and products through certifications and vendor/industry training.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.

• Deliver ongoing product and technology training to the Account Management team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience working at a Managed Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or a similar client-facing technical position.

• Prior experience in an IT Operations role is preferred.

• Technical expertise in Microsoft / Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security platforms and technologies, server and desktop virtualization, storage, LAN and WAN networking, and data backup and replication technologies.

• Technical and/or Security Certifications such as CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, or VTSP are advantageous.

• Experience in presenting complex technical subjects to both technical and business audiences.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
