This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney on all ongoing cases, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and client communications.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-net-worth investors throughout the U.S. investment visa procedures (E-2, EB-5, L-1).
• Onboard new clients and guide them through each phase of the visa process, ensuring transparency, confidence, and timely advancements.
• Assist the lead attorney by coordinating documentation, preparing case materials, and tracking deadlines and requirements.
• Evaluate and verify visa application materials for completeness and compliance with consulate or USCIS standards.
• Promptly address client inquiries and concerns regarding the visa process, escalating issues to the lead attorney as necessary.
• Organize and facilitate client calls, attorney consultations, and internal team meetings.
• Proactively identify potential issues within client cases and address them in collaboration with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney.
• Keep accurate and current client records in the CRM and internal systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in investment banking, wealth management, or financial services catering to high-net-worth clients.
• Proven capability to develop and sustain relationships with sophisticated, high-net-worth investors in high-stakes settings.
• Strong understanding of investment structures and financial concepts pertinent to U.S. investor visa requirements (E-2, EB-5, L-1).
• Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance daily work and streamline workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client cases concurrently.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Proficient in the Office 365 suite and able to adapt to new CRM platforms utilized in our processes.
• Ability to adhere to and enhance established processes.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday within Eastern Standard Time (EST) ~9hr-17:30hr.
