This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Assist prospective clients during their initial interactions, ensuring they feel acknowledged, informed, and supported.
• Take a pivotal role in handling client inquiries, coordinating consultations, and maintaining a streamlined intake pipeline.
• Draft and prepare agreements for clients.
• Create and present bi-weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team.
• Oversee potential clients within the CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Arrange consultations (in-person, via phone, or Google Meet).
• Manage inquiries received through voicemail, email, and Yelp.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and missed messages.
• Occasionally translate live or written communications (English-Spanish).
• Upload, organize, and flag client documents received.
• Monitor and advise on referral accuracy from the call answering service.
• Prepare summaries for attorney review and follow up as necessary.
• Process payments and send payment links for consultations that require payment.
• Qualify first-time callers using provided training materials.
• Respond to inbound calls from potential clients and return calls to previous callers.
• At least 1 year of experience in client intake or customer service.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with daily inbound and outbound calling.
• Ability to manage numerous inquiries while keeping accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating with a team when necessary.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
