This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Efficiently manage and supervise all T0 to T1 cases assigned for thorough client support.
β’ Address client inquiries with a 2-hour First Response Time (FRT) and prioritize requests with exceptional service.
β’ Proactively oversee candidate start dates to ensure prompt onboarding.
β’ Conduct regular calls with clients to discuss the status of pending checks and resolve any issues or queries.
β’ Perform monthly audits on at least 2% of cases to detect process errors, documenting findings in reports for the Head of Service Delivery.
β’ Offer insights and assistance to the Account Management team for all Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) or reporting related to T0 and T1 accounts.
β’ Achieve proactivity-based KPIs on a monthly basis while maintaining NPS levels.
β’ Proven experience in cultivating relationships with B2B clients.
β’ Capacity to think long-term and strategically.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient in prioritization.
β’ Familiarity with the background screening industry is advantageous.
