Client Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Respond to at least 30 inquiries through email, phone, or chat in a professional and positive manner;

• Resolve client issues for the client services team;

• Inform clients about searches, necessary forms for searches, and the adverse action process;

• Assist clients with setting up new user accounts, guide them through the ordering process, and provide training on using the portal;

• Train new clients on the billing procedures;

• Support other departments in acquiring the information and forms needed from clients to conduct searches;

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting;

• A natural inclination toward problem-solving and a focus on developing solutions;

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments;

• Competent in working independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration;

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the skill to effectively adjust communication styles to suit the audience;

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required;

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Clients Services Department within a call center environment is preferred;

• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products;

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred;

• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and retain client relationships;

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods;

• Capable of navigating between multiple windows/browsers, conducting extensive internet research, and typing at a speed of 45 WPM.
