This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling through to follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with sales and clinical teams to organize post-scheduling workflows, ensuring that patients complete all necessary steps for their scans.
• Coordinate home lab draws with third-party providers and ensure timely processing of results for consultations.
• Guarantee prompt and accurate distribution of supplementary reports, including body composition analysis and brain volume quantification.
• Oversee and monitor patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Manage applications for the Provider Education Program, tracking interested participants and guiding them through the application process.
• Coordinate scans and follow-up consultations for physician participants to ensure a smooth experience.
• Work alongside the physician sales team to ensure timely scheduling and engagement with program participants.
• Maintain an updated database of physician education program applicants, tracking milestones and feedback effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of clinical services.
• Provide timely updates and support to patients regarding their enhanced scan process, including preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction among patients and physicians by proactively addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance while handling patient and physician information.
• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles, preferably within imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple responsibilities at once.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a patient-centric and service-oriented approach.
• Background in collaborating with sales and physician relations teams is an asset.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems to monitor patient and physician progress.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot issues, and anticipate the needs of patients and physicians.
