Client Services Officer – MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and more.

• Aid clients in the processes of account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and other general account inquiries.

• Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionalities.

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent support.

• Recognize client needs and offer customized solutions to boost satisfaction and retention.

• Guide clients on the company’s offerings, trading platforms, tools, and available resources.

• Ensure that all client interactions adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales position within a regulated financial services environment.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess a college or university degree.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• High degree of professionalism, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.

• A positive, can-do attitude.

• Willingness to work on public holidays.

• Availability for evening shifts only, from 15:00 to 23:00 Dubai Time Zone.

• Knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs, such as Futures & Options, is advantageous.
