Client Services Manager – Legal Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive case coordination from start to finish.

• Serve as the operational foundation connecting law firms, insurance providers, and medical professionals.

• Oversee a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases through email, phone, and portal.

• Manage invoicing, scheduling, and coordination tasks efficiently.

• Create or refine trackers and processes that ensure continuous progress.

• Facilitate effective case management, enabling founders to concentrate on growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a high-volume queue of cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services setting.

• Demonstrated ability to handle a high concurrent volume across various channels (email, phone, client portal).

• Direct responsibility for financially related workflows (invoicing, billing, or claims/case financial coordination) with a zero-defect accuracy standard.

• Proven history of developing or improving a tracker, SOP, checklist, or workflow process from the ground up.

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook, along with at least one CRM, case management, or client portal system.

• C1+ English (CEFR) — written and spoken at near-native, mastery level for effective communication with US attorneys and medical experts.

• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET with complete overlap.
