This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately prepare and maintain client files within CRM systems (e.g., Xplan).
• Organize client documentation and manage fact finds effectively.
• Create comprehensive meeting packs for client appointments.
• Follow up on any outstanding documents and requirements diligently.
• Manage client correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Aid in the implementation of advice after the approval of the Statement of Advice (SOA).
• Ensure that all records are compliant and kept up to date.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Client Services Admin role or a similar position.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing financial planning strategies.
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar tools).
• Proficient in managing Wrap platform administration (i.e., North and Expand).
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and related documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines independently.
• Financial Planning or related certifications are highly desirable.
