This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee daily communication for designated health plan clients
• Handle requests and deliverables with precise tracking
• Organize outreach, scheduling, field operations, and reporting
• Create client reports, dashboards, and status updates
• Identify risks early and implement solutions swiftly
• Keep track of milestones, notes, and documentation
• Assist in the onboarding and launch of new programs
• Experience in healthcare client services or operations
• Background in working with healthcare clients
• Proficient in Excel (including pivots, VLOOKUP, and formulas)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs independently
• Available to work standard U.S. business hours, with remote capabilities
