This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Manage ongoing projects with clients within the life sciences sector.
• Provide support services such as brand strategy, KOL development, advisory boards, speakers bureaus, training sessions, and both live and virtual events.
• Follow standard operating procedures while contributing to team processes and meetings.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of disease states and client products.
• Develop project materials, oversee items through internal review, and implement necessary edits.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, timeliness, quantity, and tracking of project deliverables.
• Aid in the development, writing, and communication of project plans.
• Deliver project components that align with client expectations regarding quality, visualization, scientific content, and timeline.
• Guarantee consistent application of client branding across sales tools, collateral, visual aids, and proposals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and assist in synthesizing their feedback.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive, Marketing, and internal project teams.
• Build professional relationships with client stakeholders while understanding their roles, preferences, motivators, and desired brand outcomes.
• Represent and advocate for Simpson’s brand during client interactions, communications, and deliverables.
• Encourage sustainable service levels and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide data, decisions, and service delivery that support client, project, and community success.
• Route Statements of Work for review and monitor them through the approval process.
• Request opportunity numbers and maintain accurate records for project setup and contracting.
• Track the status of SOW and opportunities, escalate delays, and keep organized documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.
• At least 1 year of client service experience, preferably in the life sciences or medical communications field, is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client and internal relationships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Ability to leverage both internal and external relationships to benefit the project, client, and Simpson.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Capability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong team orientation, motivation, and readiness to take initiative.
• Must reside in the country where this position is advertised to qualify for this remote job opportunity.
