Client Services Coordinator – Verification Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Support audit participants throughout the verification process.

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries through the portal from audit participants.

• Keep track of calls by accurately recording notes within the platform.

• Examine documentation and determine eligibility based on client rules and requirements.

• Adhere to key deadlines and deliverables as outlined in the project plan.

• Collaborate closely with fellow coordinators and management to surpass customer expectations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.

• Experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.

• Previous experience handling inbound calls or working in a call center environment.

• Demonstrated excellence in supporting and servicing complex customer needs.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, ideally within a customer-focused setting.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work swiftly, accurately, and efficiently with multiple documents across various applications.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with video conferencing tools.

• Must reside in an approved Lumelight state.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10AM–7PM EST for a total of 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to occasionally work extended hours if necessary.
