This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing the daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to achieve the targets established by clients in the role of Client Services Manager.
• Collaborating with clients to develop task lists aimed at enhancing the productivity and profitability of their businesses alongside Client-VA pairs.
• Assisting clients in expanding their businesses by utilizing all services provided by Global Medical as part of the Client Services Manager role.
• Management of Medical Client-VA relationships.
• Addressing client needs while leveraging Global Medical’s services (including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, managing situations, handling high-level escalations, and negotiations).
• A degree in a medical or healthcare-related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes is essential).
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team setting.
• Self-motivated and a proactive initiator.
• Organized, focused, and possesses a growth-oriented mindset.
• At least one year of experience in Training and Development is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of innovative thinking: able to comprehend requirements and devise solutions as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
