Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Work closely with the internal team to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, engaging in discussions about campaign goals and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with various departments to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign success using analytical tools.

• Resolve any challenges that arise during campaigns and develop solutions to maintain progress.

• Oversee campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar position within a marketing agency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Strong grasp of the marketing sector.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
