This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Work closely with the internal team to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for clients, engaging in discussions about campaign goals and performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with various departments to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
β’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign success using analytical tools.
β’ Resolve any challenges that arise during campaigns and develop solutions to maintain progress.
β’ Oversee campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar position within a marketing agency.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong grasp of the marketing sector.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proficient negotiation and problem-solving skills.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
β’ Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
