Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Client Services Manager (CSM) is tasked with coordinating the cross-functional client team, focusing on fulfilling client plans, retaining revenue, and enhancing client satisfaction and growth for the Prospective Payment PPM and CV products.

• Acts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client operational representatives, establishing and nurturing relationships to pinpoint needs that lead to expanded opportunities or solutions.

• Works collaboratively with the Go-To-Market team on the client's strategic plan and spearheads tactical execution.

• Facilitates policy adoption and acceleration to bolster client value through effective organization, communication, and project management among both internal and external teams.

• Identifies and communicates opportunities that cross product lines.

• Oversees the operational implementation and execution of client payment policy decisions in partnership with client operations managers across various departments, such as Claims Operations, Provider Services, Appeals, Network Operations, Payment Integrity, IT, and others.

• Coordinates and manages joint meetings with clients and internal staff, which includes scheduling, facilitation, preparing meeting agendas and materials, tracking meeting minutes/action items, and handling meeting logistics.

• Tracks program performance, analyzes monthly performance reports, and drafts insights on trends for client review.

• Offers client testing support to ensure successful operational and policy execution of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred), or equivalent experience, is required.

• Familiarity with CMS guidelines and other regulatory compliance mandates, as well as medical payment policy.

• Professional coder certification (CPC, CPC-A, CCA, CCS or CCS-P, RHIT or RHIA) is not essential but considered an advantage.

• At least 4 years of relevant healthcare experience with in-depth knowledge of health plan operations and the claims lifecycle.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in client relationship management or consulting, engaging with various roles and levels, particularly within the healthcare context.

• Over 4 years of project or team management experience, including meeting facilitation and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.

• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Previous experience in delivering training classes is a plus.

• Proven track record in cultivating strong, trust-based professional relationships with clients across multiple roles and levels.
