• Accurately document all intake information within the CRM system.

• Serve as the receptionist and the primary point of contact for new inquiries.

• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to incoming leads and follow up promptly when necessary.

• Oversee the sales-related aspects of intake, focusing on consultation conversion.

• Handle inbound intake calls and warmly greet prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.

• Articulate the benefits of legal services and assist callers throughout the consultation process.

• Schedule consultations and accurately coordinate appointment details.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Intake Specialist or in a client-facing role involving sales.
