This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the client intake process from the initial contact to the onboarding phase.
• Manage ongoing billing and the initial payment procedures.
• Arrange consultations and perform structured follow-ups.
• Respond to and manage incoming phone calls.
• Evaluate potential clients, collect essential information, and generate leads in LawMatics.
• Record all client communications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with the firm's standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
• Review and refine time entries for clarity and appropriate legal billing terminology.
• Keep precise documentation and oversee intake calendars.
• Transition retained clients into active matters and inform internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute retainer agreements utilizing firm templates.
• Excellent phone, communication, and client service abilities.
• Capacity to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal billing processes is preferred.
• Language proficiency: English and Spanish.
