This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Personally manage VIP, B2B, Investor, and Premier clients who require industry expertise and escalation strategies.
• Master intricate travel optimization techniques utilizing award programs, innovative routing, and premium fare strategies.
• Develop polished quotations that include clear justifications, value explanations, and trade-off analyses.
• Maintain over 95% SLA adherence and 98% quote accuracy within your team's output.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 Client Service Members by providing daily feedback and real-time problem resolution.
• Oversee all client inquiries and communications throughout your shift.
• Conduct weekly team reviews to enhance search quality and communication effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth transitions between teams and shifts.
• Collaborate with Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment teams regarding bookings and confirmations.
• Address escalations with empathy and assurance.
• Minimum of 3 years in luxury travel, premium concierge services, or high-touch client service.
• Extensive knowledge of Sabre GDS — skilled in flight searches, fare rules, and innovative routing.
• Familiarity with mileage programs and premium booking techniques.
• Exceptional written communication skills — your quotations are concise, refined, and align with luxury standards.
• Demonstrated history of achieving over 95% SLA or quality benchmarks.
• Experience in leadership or mentoring roles — you have guided others, even in informal settings.
• Composed under pressure — you effectively prioritize when tasks accumulate.
