Client Service Representative – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Perform administrative intake and scripted clinical intake of calls for clinical review.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through interactions with providers, administrative personnel, and others.

• Foster and sustain customer satisfaction regarding products and services.

• Gather and input confidential information, ensuring the utmost level of confidentiality is maintained.

• Uphold high standards of documentation quality during data entry tasks.

• Offer continuous telephonic support to providers and office staff concerning HealthHelp’s Clinical Review process.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Clinical Review Department as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing Quality Initiative Projects.

• Meet performance targets for KPIs including Average Talk Time, Quality, and adherence to schedule.

• Participate in the HealthHelp Quality Management Program.

• Comply with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.

• Follow URAC and NCQA standards.

• Execute other assigned projects and responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.

• At least one (1) year of experience in Healthcare customer service (call center) is required.

• Ability to hardline internet into provided computer equipment is essential.

• Internet upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 25 Mbps is required (to be verified at onboarding).

• Must be able to adhere to a strict schedule and adapt to any schedule changes.

• A HIPAA compliant workspace is required (to be verified at onboarding).

• Proficient in reading clinical terminology with high accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high call volume, performance-oriented Contact Center.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Windows is necessary.

• Capability to work on dual monitors and manage multiple software applications simultaneously.

• Strong time management abilities are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must be able to wear a headset for 8 hours a day.

• Ability to respond swiftly to instructions in a fast-paced environment is required.

• Must be able to talk without voice restrictions for 8 hours a day.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods without breaks is required.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced inbound call center is preferred.

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector, including prior authorizations, patient care, or CPT codes, is preferred.
