This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
β’ Develop strong relationships with our clients to gain insights into their specific needs and concerns.
β’ Address requests and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
β’ Provide timely responses to customer questions via phone or electronic communication.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, both internal and external.
β’ Organize workflows effectively to meet customer timelines and expectations.
β’ Efficiently navigate multiple databases with precision and speed.
β’ Suggest improvements to processes where appropriate.
β’ Sustain and enhance current customer relationships by providing exemplary service and proactively recommending suitable services.
β’ Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role.
β’ Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Excellent prioritization and time-management abilities.
β’ Adaptability and flexibility, with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Proficient problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong computer literacy and expertise in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
β’ Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
