Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

• Address requests and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.

• Provide timely responses to customer questions via phone or electronic communication.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, both internal and external.

• Organize workflows effectively to meet customer timelines and expectations.

• Efficiently navigate multiple databases with precision and speed.

• Suggest improvements to processes where appropriate.

• Sustain and enhance current customer relationships by providing exemplary service and proactively recommending suitable services.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Strong computer literacy and expertise in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
