This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Advocating for and selling the advantages of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors who are unfamiliar with our paid offerings.
• Cultivating, expanding, and maintaining client relationships.
• Responding to all client inquiries regarding technical concerns, processes, and fees.
• Handling incoming and outgoing communications through client calls and emails.
• Conducting external outreach to support educational and promotional initiatives.
• Utilizing client relationships to secure new business and relaying client feedback to our internal teams to foster company growth.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Prior client-facing experience in construction or software as a service (SAAS) is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy, capable of learning, adapting, and effectively communicating new technologies.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize various strategic initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach with a desire to challenge the status quo.
• Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Previous sales experience is considered beneficial.
