This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Advocating for and selling the advantages of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors who are unfamiliar with our paid offerings.
• Cultivating, expanding, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handling all client inquiries regarding technical issues, processes, and fees.
• Managing both incoming and outgoing communications via client calls and emails.
• Conducting external outreach to support educational and promotional initiatives.
• Utilizing client relationships to secure new business opportunities and relaying client feedback to our internal teams to foster company growth.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Prior client-facing experience in the construction industry or software as a service (SAAS) is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn, adapt, and effectively convey new technologies.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing various strategic initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude with a passion for challenging the status quo.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Previous sales experience is considered a valuable asset.
