This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Advocating for and marketing the advantages of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors unfamiliar with our premium offerings.
• Establishing, expanding, and cultivating relationships with clients.
• Responding to all client inquiries regarding technical matters, procedures, and fees.
• Handling incoming and outgoing communications through client calls and emails.
• Engaging in external outreach to assist educational and promotional initiatives.
• Utilizing client relationships to secure new business opportunities and relaying client feedback to our internal teams to foster company growth.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Prior client-facing experience in construction or software as a service (SAAS) is beneficial.
• Tech-savvy with the capability to learn, adapt, and effectively convey new technologies.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize various strategic initiatives.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude aimed at challenging conventional practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Prior sales experience is regarded as an advantage.
