This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Project Delivery Scoping - engage with clients to discuss their language requirements and establish pricing and timelines
• Delivery - ensure that projects are completed to meet or exceed client expectations
• Bandwidth management - assist in distributing workload evenly among your colleagues
• Team Management - guarantee that new team members receive proper training
• Team Management - foster the generation, implementation, and documentation of ideas for team enhancements
• Network Management - assess the talent utilized for your product on a quarterly basis
• Network Management - recruit to address any talent shortages
• Account Management - serve as the point of contact for accounts that frequently purchase your product
• Product Management - analyze the performance of your product monthly, with quarterly forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing position at a primary research or language services organization
• Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
• Exceptional client service skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Capability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
• Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to achieve success and tackle challenges
• Familiarity with CRM systems and TMS/CAT tools is a plus
