This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and escalations with professionalism.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients through ongoing communication.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition during the setup phase.
• Assess client needs and propose suitable solutions or enhancements to services.
• Work together with internal teams to promptly resolve client issues.
• Monitor client interactions and maintain precise records within the CRM system.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on client satisfaction and service performance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
• High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
